No, he didn't dumbass! Those "facts" are wrong. Period. No Human has ever deadlifted 6,000+ pounds, I assure you. I am a competitive bodybuilder and I have several powerlifter friends and I can tell you that you are wrong without a shadow of a doubt. The World record in the deadlift is 960 lbs by Ed Coan. that is almost ten times less than what you are claiming. Don't throw around these ridiculous numbers because it only shows your ignorance.

My God, are you dense. I reversed it: He backlifted 6,270 pounds and deadlifted 1,260. It's in the friggin' Guinness. He was a tremendously religious man who was obviously given a gift, yet he suffered in pain constantly (and didn't complain, either).
It's very easy to reasearch. Just because you don't believe it doesn't make it untrue. Anybody who wants to look into it, by all means, it's all well documented. He was the strongest man in recorded history.

As an adolescent I read a 1970's publication that related a true story, an enraged 500lb Silver Back Gorilla once picked up up a 600+lb heavy guage steel door and tossed it many feet into the air. If this is true and I have no doubt it is, NO MAN and I mean NO MAN can hope to over power the MIGHTY APE. The Gorillas massive Hands and wrists are good indications of its' terrible strength, also large silver backs' necks are as big as a persons' waist. I know I'm right because it's something called HISTORY. Paul Anderson is considered the strongest man in recorded history. And no, I don't think he'd beat that gorilla in a fight -- nobody would. However, I take it that he'd have enough common sense not to mess with it. (I use past-tense because Paul is currently dead. Paul Anderson was a freak of nature, about 5'8" 350lbs barrel chested thick arms tree trunk legs, his strength feats are probably unsurpassed. I heard Paul could in private workouts bench press 800lbs 5x. Mills Darden 7'6" 1,100lb JUGGERNAUT of history is also in contention of being strongest HUMAN ever. Mills toyed with a 2,000lb ox and performed other mythic feats.

What douche bag here said a man can take on a Silver Back? I can't find his comment. I would like to point my finger and laugh at him. A single blow by a Silver back to the head of a human would turn the skull into powder. A single Silver back can decimate 20 of the strongest humans alive hand to hand in 30 seconds flat. A full forced kick or fist swing by a human to a Gorilla would be nothing more than a pat against their muscle tissue. 2 inch canines don't help any either.
