Hi lisa, I have a question. I know I shouldn't use a free website like freewebs, but would it be possible to put google adsense on a site like that? I'm only 15, and I kind of want to earn a little extra money. Even if its like 15-20 bucks a month. I plan on buying a website in the future.

Can freewebs even host javascript? You need to find that out first. Some free hosts do not support javascript so the ads won't even show. I am not a fan of free but I'd rather see you try with blogger. But if you'd rather have a blog over a website then I can see why you are looking into freewebs.

as a consumer, I love it when I am reading good content and a word is highlighted as a click through! Just so you know. Then i don't have to open another tab and seach for the item talked about, I can just click through, take a closer look and click back to continue reading.

YouTube has a partner program (google it for the address) but you have less control over whether or not google ads or images show. It hasn't been very profitable for me 'cause most of the ads are retail related image ads.

I'm not sure. I'd recommend contacting AdSense about this. I believe there's a contact link there if you go to the AdSense website.

Thanks for the good information. You're right, it's more interesting to hear someone talk about it. I'm just recently looking into advertising on my site but most of the searches I've done are very critical of the profit outcome. Your presentations are encouraging. You're cute too :)
