Good for both of them. Cotto and Margarito. Being gentleman to eachother. No doubt Mayweather is the best PXP but all the trash talk and Soap opera sometimes deminishes the sport. Ali was a BIG MOUTH but he boxed and fought everytime he was in the ring. Chavez, Sugar Ray Robinson, Joe Louis, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran,on and on they all were in for the sport and the fans. Boxing is the art of fighting. Not a reality show. Floyd you are the best. I wish you cared for the fansat @ least a bit.

I appreciate your comments man, you have stated just the facts and your opinions w/o some of the crazy name calling I have seen some folks do on this. Frankly, I think Floyd WILL come out of retirement when he feels that the numbers are good and he needs to make a point. I think Margarito Vs Mayweather shall be a great fight. Mayweather is a damn good boxer, a technical exper, Margarito is a damn freight train. To fight Mayweather, they shall have to make adjustments. The fight will happen.

Well excuse me but the latino fans is more than enough to make big money for these so called "boring fighters". It exceeded PPV expectations. Cotto was supposed to make 3 mil. and ended up with 7. Margo was for 1.5 and got 3. As a latino I have american friends that were gonna watch the fight cuz there was no nasty talk. These two meant business. I respect your point of view.But you won't read me saying "latino fan base", or black, gray or pink. It's fans in general.

If PBF was to fight a European fighter I with be with PBF all the way for being an american. I was all the way for him when he ko'd Hatton. He could have knocked out De La Hoya in the late rounds in that fight. But he did not cuz Oscar had paid him 21 mill. for the fight. Ali or Duran, Leonard, Robinson would had not given a damn about it. They would have dispossed of Oscar easily regardless of what he paid. Instead PBF and Oscar made it a "contender type" of fight.Lots of drama and no action.

Frankly, I prefer it when Mayweather fights and his mouth isn't moving. I really detest that in a fighter, if that is a way to make fights, so be it. Talented fights have done so before him and will do so after him. Sometimes though, you have to disregard the money, easy for me to say, and come out to make a point. This is what I think he shall do. If Margarito has to diss him or call him out to do so, then so be it. It seems that is the only thing Floyd responds to.
