the trick is to get plasma guns and freeze guns upgraded alot so that when things go by the freeze gun slows them donw then the really fast plasma guns kill em

i made it to lvl 86,
the tactic is spending much of your money in ground-air missiles and keep them bouncing over and over again.
Then i used cheat engine and it's really easy.
I bought like 40 ground-air
and some other 20 or so lvl 5 plasmas
Anyway, at lvl 100, 10 helis passed by.
