They're still living in many hearts. It's not likely that people listen to grunge today I see more people listen to music from the 80's especially glam, sleaze and AOR. I'm more into the AOR thing.

AOR= Album oriented rock
It's always when hard rock is involved with keyboards and it's very melodic. You can call it AOR or melodic rock (heavier AOR sound).
Example of melodic rock bands are Europe, Treat, Dalton, Glory, Valentine, Dare, Danger Danger (only their debut) and among others.

Thanks for the info. By the way,I never heard of any of those bands you mentioned, except for Europe. And would you consider Alda Nova's first LP AOR, because I hear he's considered arena rock. It's all so confusing!
