I'm no genius, but wouldn't the fact that Google has twice the users and is more profitable prove pretty much that this report is wrong or perhaps flawed in some way? I wonder what data the Michigan American Consumer Satisfaction Index used. The results don't seem to reflect the facts. When that happens, I question the study.
