water should only have to be filtered but having to add electrolytes?? no way
why do some people think water isn't good enough on its own. humans sometimes think they can improve upon mother nature!!
If you look a pinch of sea salt and added it to water you would be adding electrolytes.
Filtered water is man made invention which actually removes the minerals from the water.
In cases of dehydration due to extreme exercise, heat exhaustion, diarrhea, alcohol dehydration, a lack of electrolytes can cause head aches, fatigue, muscle cramps and even death.
Minerals make water taste crisp.
I'm with you on the eggs though. I eat them daily and am healthier for it.
To the lady talking cholestrol. Your body NEEDS cholestrol to keep hormones in production.
