It's a question of supply and demand. Remember that Europe's labour force is shrinking by the year...
It was basically the same lecture on the dangers of protectionism and government intervention into the economy. Bush's delivery was better than Barroso's, though.
The Irish "no" vote was larger than Obama's "yes" vote. Perhaps Barosso should ask the American electorate to vote again !
