One day I hit a combination of keys that rotated my screen 90 degrees. I spent 40 or so minutes on the help line to get it back to normal.
Then I checked on internet and found many people who had the same problem. It turns out that there is an absurd XP program "Graphic Options-Rotation". Why didn't the help line know that? I could've corrected the problem in five minutes.
