"You are welcome" is "Jsi vítaný" in Czech. It's used only in literature, no Czech will ever say it, it's just too archaic and formal.
"Není zač" is a phrase used as a response when someone thanks you for something, but pople rather say "Neni za co" or "Jo, v pohodě" instead.
