I'd also like to share some info on what kind of things can block you from hosting.
Router (port forwarding)
Modem
Firewall (like Windows Firewall)
Software (can block other software/ports)
For Vista users:(Sorry I can't really figure this out, but you could try a google search for it)
Windows Firewall is a bit different on Vista so you need to do something else. First you need to login to Administration Tools with Windows Firewall. Once there you need to configurate inbound/outbound rules for ICMPv6 for routers. Another thing I found that might help: In the Advanced tab of your windows firewall un-check your connection from the box. This will let the firewall know you don't want it to protect your connection. This way you can receive incoming connections. Take a look at this image to see what I'm talking about:

Username/Password
If you don't know it and the person who set-up the router doesn't know it.. Try looking default username/password for your specific router or you could just reset the router back to default if it is not already at default. There should be a little pen-size hole somewhere that will reset the router. It may be different for different routers.

People.. I have the website in my description. You're most likely not to have the same router as I do so you would need to check the site for a specific guide for you. The router section of my video is just to show an example of the process.

ive noticed some ppl also make the mistae of setting the router ports from 6112-6119 when they have to set it 6112-6112 only different numbers if you have another computer you want to host on eg com1. 6112-6112 com2. 6113-6113 etc

For another PC you just use the next available port. Use port 6113 for this PC. That's in firewall/router/ect. Make sure 6113 is forwarded to that computer as well. Also, on the game go to game settings and change the port from 6112 to 6113. That just do it.
