Lennon did lift the "flat top" Come Together lyrics from this song. Not as plagiarism, but as a tribute to his idol.

He was last week performing in a city: leeuwarden, my home. He came from Amsterdam airport and there was a blue rolls royce waiting for him to take him to Leeuwarden
But guess what? Mr chuck berry doesn't like blue cars, so he didn't want to come to leeuwarden, till there was a black one!
What an idiot, blue, black, whatever.
