well comission is only paid if the sale is completed how we will know that 100 hits and 25 sales and we dont pay fot hundred hits. how affiliate get commision by hitting or when sale is complete how he come to know whether the hit completed into sale thanks

I don't quite understand your question but if you're asking how is it all tracked for the affiliate and for the merchant, then the answer is "with affiliate software or an affiliate network". That's what my site is all about - see link top right just under my sunset photo. I hope that helps answer your question. Thanks for the comment.

They're not the same, and yes you can find scams in each but there are lots of legit affiliate marketing programs and also mlm's. But if you don't believe in the concept of paying for results then better you stay away.

Affiliate marketing is the simplest and easiest way to make money online and it's super, super simple..
You can even be an affiliate for Amazon, eBay, Target and anything... but I focus on clickbank which is one of the easiest to get started with.
Try clickbank marketing, it's super simple and I'm making a few thousand a month with about 1 hour a day "work"...
But you explained it very well!
