| No. Your abdominals are exactly the same as any other muscle group and need time to recover. If you overwork your abs, you'll be tearing them down instead of building them up. |

| u really dont have to, dont quote me on this but abs are one of the fastest recovering muscles so yes u can train them everyday but training them every other day is a good idea also |

| Depends...if you do a hard ab workout like 20-30 mins str8 of abs workout...then do it every other day or every 3-4 days...depends on how hard you work them you see?...but gererally u can do abs every single day if it is a simple 4-5 sets of 10 or something easy like that. |
