And the 945 chipset is not good for gaming.

This is pointless!
the objective of a mini-itx board is to put it on a mini itx case...
and these cases are a bit expensive 60-70$ or get a mini atx case not a mid tower. cause you can get a asrock board with hdmi 7.1 firewire and more power than this one plus cheaper to put it on.

ya but boards like this only consume 30 watts
with the cpu and ram and on board graphics running compared to 400 watts for desktop rigs
with discrete video cards, even refrigerators dont consume 400 watts of power theres no reason a computer should, at 400 watts a desktop pc sucks as much power as a microwave oven except it not on for only 50 seconds
