The combination of Actions and Thoughts in relationship to our immediate Environment attracts the amount of money we currently receive. Actions and thoughts most often become habits. Its like driving a car, constantly turning the wheel, excelerating, braking and routine driving routes. Attracting money is a matter of being in the right place at the right time, doing the many right things, in harmony with ones beliefs and the interaction with other people(good or bad).
Wealth refers to some accumulation of resources.
